Lincoln-Steele, is a new real estate investing company, established in 2008. What makes us different than other "We Buy
Houses" operations you may have seen?
1. Our company is in Moreno Valley, Riverside county of Southern California. We are not "out-of-town" investors.
2. We have an interest in our state, region, county and community.
3. One of our principals has gone through a job lost, then foreclosure and finally a bankruptcy. We understand the unique
situations of a homeowner who is facing housing problems.
4. While others were busy during the "HOT" real estate market a few years ago, we were developing and educating ourselves on
a new style of investing and a new way of thinking. We knew there had to be a better way.
5. Our style is to listen to you! Not to convince you on a certain scheme or strategy to solve your housing problems. We
